Peltgrande, Sioux City Edition

As Muncher pointed out before, my posts have become a little infrequent. But a whole month? Well, I don't really expect anyone to follow a monthly edition, but hopefully now that we are starting to get settled into Sioux City I can get on here, share a little more and posts some pics about what has been going on in our life.

Briefly, a new city, a new job, a new house, finishing residency, boards coming up and a baby coming soon has equalled a pretty crazy few months. It is all good stressors however, and I look forward to catching you all up, and catching up on what has been going on in the land of the real Bloggers such as Cory's, Brando's and Muncher's. Hope this all finds you well. Sioux City has been very welcoming to us so far, though the radio stations reaaalllly suck. More on that later.

I have you on a newsfeed so even if it's only once a month I know right away when you have made the post. I look forward to your continuing adventures.

Not only do you not check your email, you do not check your blog!

This was posted on your prior post, with no response.

From before:
Hey what's your new email. All I have is your uiowa account.

I just wanted you to know that I recently discovered a golf course on a nearby naval base. It is much nicer than the one on my base (opens Nov 2007 by the way), and as a member of the worlds most potent air force, I can bring a guest with me when I golf.

18 and a cart for civilians is $23 on weekends, $20 during the week.

If you want to walk, it is $12 on weekends, $9 during the week.

And it is a very nice course. Dec, Jan, Feb in Miss might be a nice break from Iowa. Free lodging, food and transportation. First round is on me if you come down.

That's a beautiful pic, Travis. Since you've got all this spare time on your hands, I thought it wouldn't be too imposing to request a few more pics from the Western Edge:

Loess Hills, preferably paired with a level-B road.

Sergeant Floyd's tomb.

Native Nebraskans.

Your new home theatre setup (this one especially).

Chad-

Check. I already got you pics of Floyd's tomb. I will post them as soon as I get home tonight.

I will throw in the audio system setup as well.

I saw some great Loess Hills down by Omaha this weekend too. There are some good ones not too far from my house. I have explored any gravel roads here yet. I will see if I can find a level-B road within reach of the loess hills around here.
